A user asked the France 24 Observers team to look into a video that shows a hospital ward with a patient on oxygen as rain streams down from a leaking roof. Different social media posts say it happened in the Democratic Republic of Congo, or in Cameroon. But which is correct? Or was is somewhere else? Catherine Bennett explains.
