Dire conditions at an Angolan detention center for foreigners

Detainees held in a center near Luanda, the capital of Angola, say they are sometimes forced to stay for months without knowing when they will be released. The center's facilities are deteriorating, detainees often do not have enough to eat, and the drinking water is dirty.
