Dilan Cruz, and 18-year-old protester, died after being shot by police during a protest in Bogota. It’s just one tragedy in a series of scenes of police brutality caught on amateur video. Colombian social media has been full of videos showing officers shooting protesters at point blank range, aiming at their heads, or violently attacking protesters.
