In Cameroon, some merchants are selling medication without authorisation. A group of chemists have got together to expose this practice by bringing small hidden cameras into shops.

One of these pharmacists, Landry Kouam, went to several businesses in Baham, in the west of Cameroon, to show how easy it is to get drugs without a prescription. He appeared on the France 24 Observers show to explain more about it:
