A horrific incident in a public hospital in Tunisia in March that led to the deaths of 15 newborn babies has prompted some Tunisian doctors to say "enough is enough". One of them told us why.

The incident, at a state-run maternity hospital in the capital Tunis, prompted the Tunisian Young Doctors' Association to create a Facebook page called #BalanceTonHôpital, or “Report your hospital".

Doctor Fatma M'rad told The Observers about financial and organisational pressures that she says make it difficult for her and her colleagues to do their jobs.
