Smog forces tourists to pose in front of fake Hong Kong

Over the past few days, Hong Kong has been under a thick blanket of smog. And to the disappointment of the throngs of tourists hoping for a holiday snap, its celebrated skyline is almost invisible.

However, some of them have figured out a solution to their problem. Tourists are now posing in front of large posters depicting the skyline under bright blue skies, which were set up by the city several weeks ago to hide some construction work.

 

Smile – but don’t breathe!
