The family photo that caught a thief red-handed

While an Indian tourist was dozing off awaiting her plane in a Chinese airport, a thief snook up and stole her laptop. Luckily for her, there was a family taking photos behind her while she slept.

When Miss Mehra realised that her laptop had disappeared, she immediately alerted the airport police. Officers then interrogated every passenger in the area. A family of five was sitting just behind Miss Mehra, and although they had their backs turned to her and said they saw nothing, they showed the photos they had been taking, where the police discovered the following shot:

A copy of the incriminating photo was distributed to police throughout the airport. The same day, the thief was arrested and admitted to having had stolen the laptop.
