Toujours plus démocratique qu'en France où les medias sont vendus à une sorte de parti unique UMPS. Ils soutiennent le candidat à pensée unique qui a le plus de chance, c'est la seule différence. En France aussi on truque les votes.

J'ai presque oublier langue Francais, so I shall answer in English (you can use http://translate.google.com ).
According to Russian law obserwers, representatives of parties in electoral commissions and media representatives can take foto and video during vote count. Observers and representatives of parties also can receive copy of protocol verified by the chairman of polling station commission.
On the polling station I worked as member of commission with consultative vote - with some more rights than observer. At the territorial commission of my city Dolgoprudny (there are 38 stations in the city and this commission summarize their protocols) I was the media representative.

Sorry to be blunt, but as far as I understand, you were an observer for the communist party. So isn't it a joke to defend freedom of expression in the name of that party.. in Russia. I mean, you did a great job (and BTW, why no other media reported that???). But what would the russian communist party do if they were in power again?
