je me nome lorie sam je suis congolais est je vue toujour au congo plus presisment dans la province du katnga a lubumbashi; ma preocupation est la suivente ; je electronicien est je un projet ; mon projet est la suivente la creation de systeme des surveillence dans la ville des lubumbashi un projet recu est acsepte par les gouvernement de la province ma demande est la suvente avoir des cooperation entre les persone les plus doue pour les soutien est les menetie...;mercie est a plus.

Dear Dr. Hom:

I tried emailing you over the weekend but I am not sure if the emails went through. I am writing to you about a woman I know in China who had a biracial child out of wedlock. The father of the chld is black but is not around. Unfortunately, as you are probably aware, biracial children in China, especially when one of the parents is black, are given a very difficult time.
The woman is looking to come with her child to either the United States or Canada on asylum. Do you know of any individuals or organizations she can contact to get asylum?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. It is most greatly appreciated.
