Scott was born in Clarksburg West Virginia in 1964. His family relocated to Albany Georgia when he was 6 years old. Scott is a licensed and ordained minister. Scott serves as the Executive Director of Most High Ministries. Scott founded the Hope to Haiti project in 2007. He has over 9 years of International and Domestic Missions experience, in Afghanistan, Hungary, Cuba, Nigeria, Benin Republic Africa, Romania, Jamaica and Uzbekistan.

He is currently working on a mission in Haiti delivering aid to children.

Scott married in November of 1985. He and his wife have three children.
