It is with a great pleasure and a big priviledge that I'd like to thank the Honorable judge Mr. Mokhtar Yahyaoui for his candid, honest and knowledgeable approach to the sirious problems that affect, with a great deal of damage, the very core of the judiciary "instituation" in the so-called "the State of law and institutions", that is Tunisia.
