I am a veteran creative director & passionate entrepreneur. Striving to bring together creativity and innovation, I call myself a business-oriented-designer. My enthusiasm for design is complemented by my progressive web-standards and industry best-practices mentality. Seeking inspiration in all that surrounds me drives this creativity and inspires my innovation.

I have extensive experience building and managing web teams; creating innovation through design by advocating best practices in usability, accessibility and user-experience design complimented with semantic and extensible standards based development.

With several years experience in a Creative Director role and a wide array of highly diverse skill sets and experiences; I have worked with and helped grow organization large and small, including Discovery Communications, Inc. and The Motley Fool to name a few.

I am a member of the 9Rules Network and the local DC web design community. I am also on the board of directors and acting Chief Creative Officer for Stuffable.com as well as an advisory consultant for SMBlive.com.

I am the Co-Founder and Senior Consultant for nclud™
