Hi! I really wanted to how if Bolivias new constitution and conflicts affects the rest of the world and how? Also, does this has an preclusion of corrupt sovereign practices in Bolivia? Why? Would Bolivias new constitution prevent any illegal trafficking to terrorist organizations during the state conflicts? Why? Thank you, I would really like to know all this.
