I would tend to think that anyone who's family was moved into Tibet after 1950 by the PRC government, and who willingly stays within Tibet, has chosen to side with the oppressor. I'm Irish, we tend to recognize that when you want freedom from a foreign oppressor, some heads need to be cracked.
