In September, President Putin&#039;s United Russia party launched a paper campaign across Russia. The slogan: &amp;quot;Putin&#039;s Plan - Victory for Russia&amp;quot; (Plane Puntina - Pobeda Rossii). Internet users react to these posters and booklets distributed in the street by members of the party.
