Thank you for your comments kenya is a beautiful country
Especialy when you arrive at the airport you first meet with the wild animals even before you start your safari and many more things to see. I hope all this will not go to the dogs as many prophets of doom are predicting hope to see you in kenya one day when all is OK.

Hello Onyango Frederick!
Thank you for your information through France 24 on the present Kenyan riots.
In your country there are many Evangelical Christians and we have no information stating that those took a resolute step against violence. But maybe some have? If so could you tell more about it? And if it is not so could you let know your interpretation of this possible silence?
Many thanks and all the best for your country populations.

Christians

It has come to conclusion that Most Christians are just Christians by say and not practicing Christians.

Kenyans has the highest number of churches, when you walk through the streets of Nairobi every building that has a hall you will not fail to get a church to be precise every building has a fellowship if not a church.

In this elections even the Christians had a political following which I may say failed in their duty of Spreading the gospel of Christ which is Love one another.

Some of the catholics supported the Government, Anglicans supported the opposition and so on and also it depended on which tribe you hail from. If Kikuyu then Kibaki would be your favorite and if Luo then Raila, but with Raila his support cut across board with majority of the 42 tribes in Kenya and the Muslim community supporting his candidature.

Fair elections?

You sy that the elections were perfectly fair. But it seems that allegations of fraud have arisen. Do you think these rumours may be founded?

fair Elections

When Kenyans went to the polls on the 27th of December 2007 every Kenyan had high hope that elections would be free and fair. Many Kenyans had hopes in the ECK chairman but after he made his announcements Kenyan had all their hopes dashed because in the first place he the chairman did not want to hear the greviances of the Opposition or the Observers when they detected anomalies in the process.
Later on he confessed that he was under pressure by the Government to deliver the results in their favour.
Hence my conclusion now states that we were robbed of the fairness we had based our faith in.
Secondly he said that he did not know who won the elections.
All this lead us to conclude that elections was not Free and fair.

Elections

I am also curious, like Lili, to know what you mean by fair elections. Rumours aside, I have heard from the EU observers about the anomalies.
