I'm executive director of the Texas Virtual Border Watch Program, which was lauched by The Texas Border Sheriff's Coalition (TBSC)in November 2008. Before retiring in 1996 I served as a Border Patrol Agent, a Drug Enforcement Special Agent, and as a Customs Special Agent.
