Laurent Chambon

Living in Holland for over ten years, Laurent Chambon is an elected Labour party member for the Oud Zuid district in Amsterdam. A doctor of political science, he's publishing a book on minorities in politics and the media in April 2008. He releases his album (Überlove, Cherry Juice Recordings) at the same time. His blog, Kreukreuscopie, is well read in the Netherlands. He includes topics on art, sociology, food, politics; it's all there, without taboo. Co-fonder of the minority-related website Minorites.org, he is quite visible, as sociologist and as politician, in the French media to talk about the Netherlands, and in the Dutch media to talk about the French situation. He is a co-founder of the collective website Minorites.org. He is also DJ and musician, one half of Laurent & Lewis.
