Rafe is writing a thesis on International Aid to the Palestinian Authority at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris(Sciences Po). He has travelled all over Europe and some of North Africa. He has been involved in humanitarian and cultural programmes concerning Middle Eastern conflicts, while studying politics, culture, language and religion.
