with the reaction from the Indian authorities to this terrorist attack.

politicising the issue. We're against the terrorists but we don't know where
they come from yet. If they are from Pakistan, we still don't know where
they're funded from. The Indian people have matured; they wouldn't just react
like that, because we know blaming Pakistan won't help anything. Every
terrorist attack in this country is blamed on Pakistan - and they have every
right to be upset about it - they're always in the line of fire. No doubt there
will be negative sentiments later on, but for now, it's better not to pinpoint
anyone."

The terrorist attacks in Mumbai have pushed India and Pakistan to the brink of war. But shouldn't the Delhi government be facing up to its own responsibilities before criticising its neighbour?
Tension is running so high that American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is on her way to Delhi to act as a mediator between the two countries. India has said that it's not planning to take military action against Pakistan. However, it's accused a group of Pakistani terrorists, Lashkar-e-Taiban (the Persian Army), of having trained the attackers, and is yet to rule out links with the Pakistani intelligence service (ISI), which has been for a long time accused of maintaining some links with fundamentalist movements.

I've always

It's possibly because the terrorists were Pakistani. I'm pretty sure that the government had nothing to do with it, because it's not in their interest while the country is so unstable, but it might be possible that isolated members of our intelligence services were involved in the attack. We really don't know. But what we do know, is that the Indian government, which is very weak at the moment, is using this crisis for their own internal political ends. They're being warmongers because the government's weak; because they're in an electoral period and they need a scapegoat to make people forget about their inefficiencies. This was a terrible tragedy. But I can't help but notice that the Indian authorities managed it very poorly. It took them four days to regain order!
I'm also appalled by the coverage the Indian media's given this incident. I watch a lot of Indian TV, and they're inciting hate for Pakistan no end. It's very dangerous, especially as the Hindu fundamentalists will most certainly turn against the Muslim minority in the country.
The real problems are terrorism and fundamentalist movements, both Muslim and Hindu. And they're worldwide, not Indian-Pakistani. However, the Indian government and the Indian media have put our two countries on the brink of war. I can be very critical of my own government, but it this case, it's the Indians who are to blame if conflict breaks out."

Why isn't Pakistan, blaming Pakistan?

Pakistni govt is impotent to do anything, it is ISI that is the real and only power in Pakistn, not even Pakistani Navy or Airforce.
There is every reason to believe that it was ISI sposored terrorists who attacked Mumbai.

Recently an indian Army officer is found guilty of planning terror attacks on a train in india, the train name is Samjhota express which operate between india and Pakistan. In this train attack mostly Pakistanies were killed on indian side of region. And some army officers who are having some connections with hindu extremist organizations are found guilty.
Currently there are seperatest movements going on throughout india. India has around 600 districts out of which more than 200 districts have their sepratist movements. Every year thousand of people die in india in result of clashes between these movements and indian government. None of these movement has any link to PAkistan.
If you will watch the picture of terrorist, you will see that the persons carrying out this opereation wearing thread on their right hand which is a religious thread for hindus called "Kalava". Another point is why top 3 chiefs of Indian Police force were killed who were carrying out investigation against Hindu extremist found guilty in Samjhota Express incident. The widow of anti-terrorist squad has refused to take any help from any BJP sources because she says they are responsible of these killings.Another point is that Alcohlic drink bottles are found in their bags which means these guys were not Muslims.
The point which i am trying to make is that india has so much terrorist movements in their homeland and still they are blamming on Pakistan without having any evidence.
On the otherside if we will see Pakistan, they never pointed finger towards india even after having very solid evidence of indian involvement in Balochistan and NWFP. It also doesnot make sense that why india has opened more than 25 offices in afghanistan along the pakistani border, it clearly shows that india is sending insurgents from Afghanistan side into the Pakistan who are de-stabilizing the tribal region of Pakistan and also inside Pakistan. There is a large increase in suicide attacks inside PAkistan, which is all due to that insurgency from Afghanistan side. But even having so many casualties in these suicide attacks for example the suicide attack of Marriot hotel destroyed whole hotel and killed alot of innocent people, Pakistan never blamed india because Pakistan want good diplomatic relations with India. But on the other side india never wants some good relations and always tried to invoke Pakistan by putting more and more terrorist inside Pakistan. These terrosit make an excuse for USA to do more drone attacks inside Pakistan and US also want Pakistan to do military operations in tribal regions to kill alot of innocent civilians and at the end Pakistan suffers from all sides.
I was listening to BBC most of the time and i saw one common thing in Indian and International media that they all are pointing their fingers towards Pakistan without having any evidence.
So it looks similar to 9/11 when american media started blaming Alqaida and Taliban immediately and then whole international media did the same and then they wage a war against Afghanistan.
I think this mumbai attacks are also similar kind of practice and they want to build a case against Pakistan to wage war might be from western borders in tribal region or might be from eastern borders.
At this very moment Pakistanies should get ready for any kind of Indian brutality and this time India will not be alone, all the western (US and NATO) will be along with india. So what i see unfortunately it seems that Pakistan is once again going to have some hard time. But inshAllah we will manage to get out of it. Be United, be faithful to your country and be desciplined thats all we need.
For people from other countries i just want to show the real ground truth and real situation to all of you. I hope you will not close your eyes and will not believe only on the media which is always biased. I hope you will look into all details and then will decide who is right and who is wrong. Unfortunately all the international media is always following a guideline given to them and they never do critical analysis of the situation.

Your argument appears to be that (1) India has a lot of internal problems, (2) To draw attention away from internal problems, the Indian government blames Pakistan for problems that are created by India in India.
However, you appear to be stuck about two decades in the past. Today, we Indians are just not interested in Pakistan and their antics. Any recent poll, or even a talk with any Indian will show you that our number one concern is good economic opportunities, infrastructure development, education, and a growing economy.
Yes. We have problems. Massive problems. But finally, 60 years after independence, there is a sense that we can solve these problems. Through hard work and through minding our own business. So No! It is not any longer of benefit to Indian political parties to simply say "it is pakistan's fault." In fact this argument angers Indian people since it implies that there is nothing we can do about our destiny. The Indian people marching in large numbers in MUmbai wanted the Indian government to establish effective anti-terrorism units and equip the police better. Indian people are not interested in attacking Pakistan or hearing about Pakistan because it makes us feel completely helpless. There is nothing we can do about some crazies, supported by ISI, who are operating in Pakistan. Pointing fingers at Pakistan is not an effective strategy for an Indian politician. The Indian Muslims who marched in large numbers to repudiate the terrorists also are not interested in Pakistan and its dramas. We just want to be left alone, to work and feed our families.
Can you guys do that? Instead of being so obsessed with all that is wrong with India, why don't you guys focus on your own country, and weed out the crazies amongst you? Why don't you bring down ISI, which appears to be nothing but an arm of the U.S? Why don't you take care of your own business so we don't have to think about you anymore?

Let me try answering your questions. First and foremost you say that when you have the problem internally and dying 1000's of people within Pakistan then how come India blames you for just 200 people died in the Mumbai carnage. Second question about what Pakistan has done wrong while whole world is behind you. The answer for is so simple that when things are happening just around you and you know so many people are being killed, what is the government of Pakistan doing for so long? If your government cannot stop it internally, no other country is really bothered, thats your internal issue. Why should India come and tell what the Pak governement do. I guess Pakistan governement knows it well. If your government cannot stop your own guys in internal terrorism, that cannot be an excuse when the same elements come over other territories and kill mercilessly.
Coming to your next question about if India declares war. I guess you are ill infomred about intentions of a war and types of war. Now, with the world changing after 9/11, it is not just about having a war with weapons and bombs. It is all about having other ways of waging war with strong diplomacy, economic restrictions, cultural connections etc. You could see the pressure already in the first step i.e. diplomatic pressure from all sides of the world not just India. You still need to see next steps. What I feel, whatever India doing is right in right context.
Personally, I feel a physical war with bombs and weapons will really not rooting out terrorists in Pakistan but only build further barriers between Pakistan and India. the better way could be intelligences of whole world plan to eradicate terrorists in Pakistan. I guess governement in Pakistan may be ready for this, but definitely ISI, the ultimate power in Paskistan. I am not sure, if people of Pakistan realise how powerful ISI and Pak army is, and how they govern the governement of Pakistan. Unless Pakistan has structural change in their administration, it is impossible for Pakistan also internally take control of things. This requires a tough government and people with lots of commitment. Zardari, in the initial days of his government tried putting in place by bringin ISI under civil government. But alas, army jumped in immediately and didt allow it. Hence, I guess though your government realises whats the problem, it is next impossible to happen in Pakistan. Unfortunately, we Indians as neighbours have to talk to government and not to your ISI/army, who actually control foreign relations also. Anyway, that is given to India and I am happy that India is acting appropriately in given situation.

Your line saying, this is a simple act of terrorism from some jihadi group coz they see ppl suffering in Palestine and kashmir, makes me feel that u some how feel that these acts can be justified on the basis of suffering elsewhere.
And on Pakistan its a known spawner of terrorists. To name a few, Hizbul mujahideen which creates trouble in kashmir is financially and militarily sponsored by Pakistan, Islamic militia in the Xinjiang province of china also received training from camps in pakistan this point was raised by Jiang and also by Hu jintao a lot of times, moreover Chechen islamic militia got support from pakistan teror camps a point raised by Putin. U can check for wat I say in the internet.
I can understand pakistan waging proxy terror wars on india, using teror organizations like khalistan liberation front and jk lberation front, hizbul mujahideen because we are traditional rivals and all world knows it.
But i cant understand its support for xinjiang islamic separatists in china which is a known friend of Pakistan. And russia it doesnt even share a big border or any dispute with pakistan, and pakistan is supporting chechen rebels in russia.
Next time when u write a post check the above facts i posted.
And lastly our constitution is not as weak as yours, so that any army fool or some fundamentalists can change it to suit them and take over. Regarding war, we dont waste money on fools.

However you Pakistanis shelter terrorists. Last 60 years you have been exporting terrorism not only to India, but also worldwide. You have become the epicenter of terrorism. Pakistan's govt and ISI in particular have grown you with a propaganda of injecting hatred of India into your minds. Because, if this hatred cease, pakistan's army and ISI will not get the major funds, it does now, from the govt.
Plus you pakistanis are a pony in chinese hands. chinese are wolves in sheeps clothing. Instead of your leaders, try to build a genuine relations, they are always being used by china to make it a flawed relation. And your leaders easily fall prey into it. You think china as a all weather ally. Growing India China business ( suggested to be over $250 bln in bilateral trade in a few) will fade off this rapprochement by china with pakistan. Plus if Indians and chinese resolve their border issues, then pakistan wont even be in chinse strategic radar. Then china will kick your ass. It is almost showing signs of that as a start.
I also read some commentators speaking about some riots in gujarat and some places in India. Dont worry about India's internal matters. Are you guys the guarantor of Islam?
Instead of wasting your time in pointing out that, why dont you guys concentrate your energy on pressing your govt. for reforms. Terrorism has become as avenue in pakistan. Thousand of your innocents or poor brothers are brainwashed to join terrorism and inflict damages upon India or other nations.
Overall point is pakistan has never made a genuine attempt to build good relations with India, probably mostly because of the Pakistan army and ISI, who run a hatred campaign against India, who also control pakistan affairs more than its civilian leaders. And China is using it to forward its strategic interests, undermining Pakistan's own strategic interests. Until there is a change of attitude in pakistan army and overhauling of ISI, I dont see any chances of warm relations in near future.

I think you should have lectures by Zakir Naik. He has won over all other religious scholors.
But another aspect of Islam is "Jihad". People often mistreats this term as "fight". The word Jihad means to struggle and in Islamic context it means to struggle against injustice, voilence, and indeed we beleive that the greatest pleasure is to give away our life in the way of "Almighty". So better not take panga, because when a muslim nation comes to fight, it fights till death: because death is the ultimate reality; if we are given 100 lives to sacrifise for promotion of justice we will.................................i think u ought to remember 1965..................................

Every country has its own internal Problems..India being such a diversified country,so multi cultural multilingual also has its own internal problems...but we solve them techically and professionaly...Bal thackrey is a criminal or not has nothing to do with Pakisatn and so should Pakistan be..
History gives a clear picture of who is at the helm in Pakistan govt or Army..
China is whose ally...we have nothing to do with dat..
It will be china's internal matter and we think that China is capable of making its own decisions...
Coming to the point of Mumbai terror attack....let me tell you we are giving you ample opprtunities to act against the terrorist responsible to Mumbai carnage..Pls act against them..Failing which the consequecies will be very harmful for Pakistan..Dis time if Pak forces India to war let me tell you WAR will not be limited to boreders or terrorist camps but much deeper inside Pakistan...

We Dun Care What india can Do . U shud better thnk wat we can do. We are ready to defned Our home . India cannot Dare to attack Im telling u . And Abt that Mumbai Carnage . Remember Samjhota express on 2006 in which India blamed ISI for attack but the culprit caught was a officer of the Indian Army > NOw wat would u say abt that ! facts about India and Indians-
*Future superpower, current giant in the globe after US & China
*India is young (consider the average age of an Indian wrt to China and US). We are bright. We work hard. We earn, we learn. We are appreciated across the globe.
*It should be clear to the Pakistanis - do we really think(care!) about you? No... We are on a stage where we believe we have the ability to be the best, and we compete with and trade with everyone.
*If you take Indian opinion about Pakistanis... we feel... "owww those illiterate Pakistanis, that poor country with nuclear bombs!!".. Pakistanis can't even speak decent English.. look at their cricketers. It is always fun to watch their captains and commentators talk in English. .... so that's all we think about you guys ...
Pakistan wake up... India is way ahead in the race for globalization and modernization...
Of course India is a huge country, so we will have problems, and we need to wipe out problems like poverty etc... but we are dealing with it and our country is improving and every day we have fewer and fewer people below poverty line...
Please put religion behind all this... Pakistan get over the conspiracy theory " that the west and Indians are Bad, that Indians are Zionists". Accept the fact that you are no where near us. EDUCATE your masses. Don't dream of having the world back to the state where "sword was mightier than pen"... those days are gone...
A war (nuclear), besides bringing Pakistan on a verge of extinction, it will hamper India's development. May be this is what a few forces within Pakistan have realized, as their only means on survival. And since the general public of Pakistan is so frustrated with themselves, and so illiterate, that they get easily brainwashed.
Pakistan please do something about it... help yourself! We Indians are doing our business... Do you realize that we have gone so far ahead of you that a few Indian companies can buy the entire Pakistani industry!!...
Even your media is controlled by forces within your country. I have seen a few clips of Pakistani media. Man!! it is such a "FUCKED" up country.
I am glad that I am INDIAN, and not one of illiterate Pakistani multitude.
