I think that they should not be punished harshly, and especially not killed because they aren't the ones who have committed the greater crime, the Chinese government is the one who should be punished for poor work conditions and minor human rights violations, not just in Tibet but other regions in China as well. I am not saying that China is the only country that is guilty of these crimes but they are definitely the most publicized.
