I am considered Hispanic by the US government becusae my father was cuban, yet my mother white. I have blonde hair and blue eyes. My Girlfriend is considered white b/c her father was white, yet her mother peruvian. My GF had latin looking features and did not speak english til she was 13. So its more so your last name, aka father's side that picks it. Plus u can bubble in your own race if u are mixed.
