The press desk at FRANCE 24 was alerted to a "page not found" problem by a Tunisian web user this morning. The 1 August article about President Ben Ali appeared to be no longer available in Tunisia. Sarkozy in Tunisia: As far as human rights go, he’s even worse than Chirac

Mokhtar Yahyaoui is a former Tunisian judge. In 2001 he drafted a public letter to president Ben Ali condemning the lack of independence of Tunisian magistrates. A few days later, he was suspended and has since been living under police surveillance.
